abstractAll professionals have to face organisational needs that are connected with how they supply the services that they offer. The TuCoRi study has two objectives: to compare the problems and solutions used in managing GPs’ surgeries, and to test how far the mailing list tool may be used to aid information exchange between colleagues. The protocol of the project was suggested through 2 mailing lists that together involve 800 doctors, researchers and trainers, mainly in general medicine.
